Staying at Reserva Natural Tanimboca was a unique experience. We were amazed by the extraordinary treehouse we stayed in, surrounded by the jungle's sounds at night. The wooden cabin was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a romantic and intimate setting. Our guide, Wilbert, made our night walk unforgettable, spotting snakes and tarantulas with his expert knowledge.The location, set 1 km inside the Natural Reserve, offered a perfect mix of convenience and seclusion. We enjoyed delicious local and international dishes at the on-site restaurant, and breakfast included a variety of options like hot chocolate, eggs, and fresh fruits. The canopy climbing and jungle hikes allowed us to explore the lush surroundings and witness the vibrant wildlife.Although the price may be a bit high for a couple, the experience was truly worth it. The rustic furnishings added charm to the traditional indigenous house built on the treetop. The staff, particularly Johan, were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The shower worked 24 hours, and the complimentary lamps were a thoughtful touch in the absence of electricity.Reserva Natural Tanimboca offered a unique jungle lodging experience that exceeded our expectations. From the exciting night walks to the relaxing hammocks, this place has a lot to offer for nature lovers and adventure seekers alike.
